ObjectivesThe aim of this study is evaluating of many aspects of stem cell therapy in cancer diseasesMethodsInformation of this research is collected by great internet website like Google scholar, Pub Med, Springer from 2008-2018.ResultsMore studies demonstrated that stem cells get along cancerous cells exude anticancer factors like IL, interferon, cytokine, growth factors and extracellular matrix cause decreasing increasing tumor cells and apoptosis of cancerous cells. For example stem cells of the umbilical cord and adipose tissues, reduce metastasis of breast cancerous cells to the lung in rats. As well as, co-culture of stem cells from adipose tissues and umbilical cord with cancer cells (562K) decrease growth of the tumor.Stem cells help tissues to reshuffle rapidly after surgery and removal of cancerous tissues. For instance, after removal cancerous part of the liver the, body needs 6 weeks for reparation but grafting stem cells of the safe part of the liver need 2 weeks.Stem cells are used recognition and elected cure cancer. When mesenchymal stem cells migrate to the tumor, exude the cytosine-de-aminaz enzyme that activates 5-fluor cytosine so stem cells make an attached only to tumor cells.
