IntroductionShear wound repair is one of the biggest challenges in plastic surgery, which is needed to find a suitable way to quickly improve these types of ulcers. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of stromal vascular cells containing mesenchymal stem cells derived from adipose tissue on shear ulcer healing.MethodsThis study was performed on 20 patients with shear ulcers (10 patients in the control group and 10 patients in the intervention group). After receiving the patients satisfaction and recording the demographic data, the intervention group received stromal vascular cells containing mesenchymal stem cells derived from adipose tissue, and the control group only received routine scars treatment. Chi-square, T student and ANOVA tests were used to compare the data.ResultsThe results of our study showed that all the studied variables except the pain score and pruritus score in the intervention group during the study had better recovery, so that in the intervention group, the decrease in the score (recovery) of angiogenesis, pigmentation, thickness, Buckling, flexibility, appearance, overview, color change, skin rigidity, thickness and abnormality, and comparison with normal skin were more than control group (P <0/05).ConclusionThe results of this study showed that stromal vascular cells containing mesenchymal stem cells derived from adipose tissue have a positive effect on shear ulcer repair and improve wound conditions in the long term and short term
