چکیده مقاله:

Family is one the basic foundations of society. Unfortunately, it has lost its real value and sanctity in some communities. Hence, some societies are dealing with the phenomenon of orphans. Due to many reasons such as death of one of their parents, absence of relatives (who are able to support the kid), and so on, children remain without sponsors and supervisors that should be supported by the government. Some couples are willing to accept these children; Iranian legislators have predicted some qualifications for such volunteers. The subject of adoption has not been proposed in the Iranian law. During 1974 to 2013, many rules have been approved to support abandoned children and to protect young orphans and irresponsible parents. This article tries to investigate some of the present relations. There is some sort of closeness in in the law of many countries due to adoption. The approved law in England about adoption has been applied in many countries, especially the persons living in the British Isles.
