Social Impact on Android Applications using Decision Tree

Mobile phones have evolved very rapidly from black andwhite to smart phones. Google has launched Androidoperating system (OS), based on Linux targeting the smartphones. After this, people became addicted to these smartphones due to the facilities provided by these phones. But thesecurity leaks possess in Android are the big hurdle to useit in a secured way. The Android operating system is mostlyused because it is an Open Source/freeware and most of itsapplications are also freely available on different onlineapplications stores. To install any application, we mustaccept the terms and conditions regarding the access tomultiple part of device and personal information, otherwiseunable to install these free or paid applications. The mainproblem is that when we allow the access to multipleparts of our device and our personal information, theinherited security leaks become more vulnerable to threat. Avery simple and handy solution is that we only install theapplications that are positively reviewed by other users who already installed and are still using these applications. Weimplement the Decision Tree, a machine learning technique,to analyze these positively reviewed application and make arecommendation whether to install them in the device ornot
