Quality of Work Life and Psychological Well-Being of Secondary School Teachers

The aim of this study is examine the Relationship between Quality of Work Life and PsychologicalWell-Being of Secondary School Teachers in Ghale Gang City (in Iran). The study population is allsecondary school teachers of Ghale Ganj city that the number of 190 and sample size is127 people.Simple random sampling was used. The research tool is recognition of the quality of lifequestionnaire Walton (1973) and Reef Psychological Well-Being Scale. Result showed that there arepositive significant relationship between the quality of work life and psychological well-beingSecondary school teacher’s in ghale Ganj city (in Iran).
