چکیده مقاله:

Natural disasters, such as earthquakes, tsu namis, and hurricane ,enormous h arm durin g each yea r. To reduc e casualties result in mic losses in the res ponse phas e, rescue units must be and econ allocated and sched u led efficie ntly so as t o be prepa red for any emergenc y responses . In this p aper , a bi- objective mixed integer linear programming model (BO MILP) is pr oposed to minimize the sum of weighted completion times of relief ope rations and makespan, consideri n g time win dow for the incidents The rescue units also have different capabilities, and each incident must be do it. By t ability allocated to a rescue unit that has the machin , an d as jobs considerin g incidents and res cue units respective ly, the research proble m can be formulated as a paralle l machine-s cheduling problem wi th unrelated machine . To handle the bi-ob jective m odel, a M ulti-Choic e Goal programming (MCGP) approach i s applied t solve the research problem. The experimen tal results show the efficiency of the propos ed approach to allocat and schedule the resc ue units during natura l disasters
