چکیده مقاله:

This research has studied the effects of non-attendance training, which is offered through magazines monthly, on the performance of contract-employee prison staff of Hamadan city who served in central prison and camps. They were 52 contract-employees and 51 contract status. Due to the limitation of population and for more accuracy of the results, the whole population was counted. Further explanation should be given that contractual personnel are introduced as criteria. The research is descriptive and casual identified as the primary group. Non-attendance training courses was the independent variables and the employee performance is the dependent variable. Data collection tool was questionnaire with 5-point Likert scale according to performance of carers and evaluated by distributing them among 40 people and Cronbach alpha was calculated. The reliability was determined as 0/82. The hypotheses include: 1- There is a relationship between the discipline of staff and non-attendance training. 2- There is a relationship between non-attendance training and appropriate behavior with help seekers 3- There is a relationship between nonattendance training and appropriate behavior and relationships with co-workers. Questionnaires were completed by staff and their direct superiors and data analysis to test for independent groups was done by software and the following results were achieved: 1-Between the trained and untrained staff there are significant differences in observing the rules and discipline, but untrained staff respect the regulations and administrative discipline more and this assumption is with 99% confidence. 2- The difference between trained and untrained staff in proper behavior with colleagues is not significant and therefore this hypothesis was rejected with 99% confidence. 3- The difference between trained and untrained staff in proper behavior with the help seekers is not significant so the assumption is rejected with 99% confidence. The conclusion is that indirect training does not have proper effects on the staff.
