چکیده مقاله:

Performance evaluation and efficiency measurement of processes and staffs, also finding thestrengths and weaknesses of the subset units are among the most important needs of eachorganization. Therefore, in this study a systematic approach based on balanced scorecard in threesteps has been presented. Firstly, lists of performance evaluation criteria are defined according tofour perspectives of balanced scorecard. Secondly, the unit’s performances are measuredaccording to the determined criteria during a specified time interval. Finally, the units are rankedusing data envelopment analysis model. In order to evaluate the performance if the proposedmethod, active work teams of Sazandish Company were selected as a case study. At the end, thethird work team was the first and the sixth work team, the last in the ranking and based on theobtained coefficients, the amount of reward for each work team was assigned.
