چکیده مقاله:

به منظور بررسی اثر عنصر کادمیوم بر برخی از فاکتورهای استرس اکسیداتیو در گیاه Brasicca oleracea L.cv saccata در محیط هیدرپونیک آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با سه تکرار در آزمایشگاه دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد قم طراحی شد. نمونه های مورد نظر از بافت های برگ و ریشه گیاه بعد از 14 روز تیمار با کلرید کادمیوم (Ca Cl2) (5/0و 5  میکرومول در لیتر) برداشت شدند و میزان فعالیت آنزیم های سوپر اکسید دیسموتاز (SOD)، کاتالاز (CAT)، پلی فنول اکسیداز (PPO)، پراکسیداز محلول (SPO)، آسکوربات پراکسیداز (APX) و همچنین شاخص پراکسیداسیون لیپیدهای غشایی در اندام هوایی و ریشه و میزان فعالیت آنتوسیانین و کلروفیل a و b در اندام هوایی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که میزان فعالیت آنزیم های سوپراکسید دیسموتاز در اندام هوایی در غلظت های 5/0 و 5 کادمیوم و کاتالاز در اندام هوایی و ریشه در غلظت 5 کادمیوم در مقایسه با گیاهان گروه کنترل افزایش معنی داری نشان داد. پلی فنل اکسیداز افزایش معنی داری در غلظت 5 کادمیوم و همچنین کاهش معنی داری در غلظت 5/0 کادمیوم در اندام هوایی در مقایسه با گروه شاهد نشان داد. همچنین میزان پراکسیداسیون لیپیدهای غشایی در اندام هوایی در غلظت 5/0 کادمیوم و در ریشه در غلظت 5  کادمیوم نسبت به گروه شاهد کاهش معنی داری یافت. میزان آنتوسیانین کل در اندام هوایی در گیاهان تحت تیمار با غلظت های 5/0و 5 کادمیوم نسبت به گروه شاهد کاهش معنی داری نشان داد و بررسی میزان کلروفیل a و  b برگ ها نشان داد که میزان تجمع در اندام هوایی با افزایش معنی دار برای غلظت 5 کادمیوم همراه است. بنابراین نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که کادمیوم در شرایط تنش اکسیداتیو بر روی برخی از فاکتورهای سیستم آنتی اکسیدان گیاه اثر داشته است.
