چکیده سابقه و هدف: بادام (Prunus dulcis) یکی از مهمترین درختان خشک میوه متحمل به خشکی ولی حساس به شوری است (8). عمده مناطق در ایران و جهان دارای رژیم رطوبتی خشک و نیمه خشک می باشند. در این مناطق، میزان تبخیر سالیانه بیشتر از بارندگی می باشد که خود موجب افزایش بیشتر شوری خاک می گردد (9 و 10). براساس گزارش های موجود، در حدود 5/12درصد از خاک های ایران شور هستند است (9 و 10). لذا توسعه ارقام و پایه های متحمل به شوری، به عنوان یکی از عوامل تاثیر گذار در میزان حساسیت یا تحمل به شوری در درختان میوه کشت شده از جمله بادام در نظر گرفته شده است (8 و 11). تحقیقات متعددی نشان داده اند که آستانه تحمل به شوری اکثر درختان میوه هسته دار از جمله بادام نسبت به تنش شوری پایین است، بطوریکه تا هدایت الکتریکی 5/1 دسی زیمنس بر متر کاهشی در عملکرد آن ها مشاهده نمی شود، در حالی که در شوری 1/4 دسی زیمنس بر متر به میزان 50 درصد از عملکرد آن کاسته می شود (6 و 16) ولی تحمل ارقام مختلف به شوری متفاوت است (10). علی رغم ارایه وجود اطلاعاتی در زمینه تاثیر تنش شوری بر خصوصیات مورفولوژیک، فیزیولوژیک، بیوشیمیایی و تغییرات غلظت عناصر غذایی بادام، لازم است که ارقام و پایه های بیشتری در جهت تحمل به شوری مورد بررسی قرار گیرند تا در نهایت اطلاعات حاصل از مجموع تحقیقات انجام شده منجر به معرفی متحمل ترین ارقام و پایه های متحمل به شوری شود. لذا این تحقیق در راستای تحقیقات قبلی و با هدف بررسی اثر تنش شوری بر خصوصیات رشدی، واکنش های فیزیولوژیک و غلظت عناصر غذایی در 6 ژنوتیپ بادام و انتخاب متحمل ترین ژنوتیپ به شوری انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: در این تحقیق، اثر تنش شوری بر بر تغییرات صفات مورفولوژیک، فیزیولوژیک و غلظت عناصر غذایی برگ تعدادی از ژنوتیپ-های بادام به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با دو فاکتور ژنوتیپ در 6 سطح و شوری آب آبیاری در 5 سطح و با 4 تکرار در سال 1393 در گلخانه ی تحقیقاتی موسسه نهال و بذر کرج بررسی شد. ژنوتیپ های مورد مطالعه شامل ربیع، پرلس، D99، سوپرنوا، 24-8 و 16-1 و شوری آب آبیاری شامل 5/0 (آب شهری)، 5/1، 3، 5/4 و 6 دسی زیمنس بر متر، بودند. در پایان آزمایش، صفات مورفولوژیک و فیزیولوژیک شامل ارتفاع شاخه، قطر شاخه، درصد برگ های سبز، درصد برگ های نکروزه، درصد برگ های ریزش یافته، وزن تر و خشک اندام هوایی، شاخص کلروفیل، محتوی رطوبت نسبی، درصد نشت یونی نسبی، فلورسانس حداقل، فلورسانس حداکثر، نسبت فلورسانس متغیر به فلورسانس حداکثر و عناصر غذایی پتاسیم و سدیم اندازه گیری شدند. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که نوع ژنوتیپ و سطح شوری بر تغییرات صفات مورفولوژیک، فیزیولوژیک و غلظت عناصر غذایی موثر است. در تمامی ژنوتیپ های مطالعه شده با افزایش سطح شوری، شاخص های رشد شامل ارتفاع شاخه، قطر شاخه، تعداد برگ کل، درصد برگ های سبز، وزن تر و خشک اندام هوایی، محتوی رطوبت نسبی، شاخص کلروفیل و درصد پتاسیم برگ ها کاهش و درصد برگ های نکروزه، درصد برگ های ریزش یافته، نسبت وزن خشک به وزن تر اندام هوایی، درصد نشت یونی، درصد سدیم و نسبت سدیم به پتاسیم برگ ها، افزایش یافتند ولی میزان کاهش و افزایش در صفات اندازه گیری شده در بین ژنوتیپ های مطالعه شده با یکدیگر اختلاف معنی داری داشتند. نتیجه گیری: در این تحقیق در مجموع، رقم D99، به عنوان متحمل ترین رقم به تنش شوری انتخاب شد. این رقم توانست از طریق حفظ خصوصیات رشدی خود و افزایش جذب پتاسیم در مقابل سدیم، به خوبی شوری تا 5/4 دسی زیمنس برمتر را تحمل نماید.
