چکیده مقاله:

هدف پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه میزان مشارکت دبیران در مدیریت با توجه به سبک های تفکر آنان در مدارس متوسطه شهر نقده در سال تحصیلی 92-91 بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دبیران مدارس متوسطه بود، که به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای تصادفی و با استفاده از فرموال کوکران 145دبیر بعنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد سبک های تفکر استرنبرگ و واگنر (1992) و پرسشنامه میزان مشارکت در مدیریت حسینی (1389) در مقیاس هفت درجه ای لیکرت استفاده شد. میزان پایایی با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، برای پرسشنامه سبک های تفکر96/0α = و میزان مشارکت در مدیریت 94/0α = به دست آمد. روش تحقیق توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی است. داده های پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک راهه و آزمون تعقیبی توکی با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه ی 19تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که ابعاد مشارکت در مدیریت با توجه به سبک های تفکرمتفاوت بوده و سبک های تفکر قانونی، آزاداندیش، اجرایی، الیگارشی و آنارشی بیشترین میانگین را داشتند.
