چکیده مقاله:

Background: The goal of this research was identifying the level of managers’ triple skills management of physical-education departments of Khuzestan cities & it is done by the fieldmethod & descriptive-correlation method. Materials and Methods: The statistical sample included 145 persons of managers,chairmen, vice chairmen & sport boards of Khuzestan who selected by census. The measurement tool was researchers’ questionnaire which included two sections in related totriple management (Cognitive, human & technical skills) that are concluded 41 questions. the measurement scale is Likert’s multi-value. Formal validity is done by 15 persons of connoisseurs & the structure validity is done by Bartlet’s test KMO=0.74 & durability iscalculated by Cornbach’s Alpha 0.89. Results and Discussions: the findings showed that among triple skills management,technical skill is the most important skills which its mean is 41.95 & cognitive skill is the lowest important which its mean is 21.92 but three kinds of skills is recommitted in educated the teachers because there is positive meaningful correlation among triple skills management& also noticed to need to the technical skill caused to the workshops management or deducted class along with accounting base or accounting, working with computer or software, budget,effective communication, entrepreneurship,… will be important managers. Conclusion: The results showed that there is meaningful relationship among triple skills management (cognitive, human & technical skills
