Relationship between thoughts, skills of using ICT, productivity in employees and managers of sport boards in Fars Province

Background: relationship between thoughts & skills of using ICT & productivity in employees & managers of sport boards in Fars Province. Materials and Methods: It is used Smirnov test for determining the natural of it & it is used Lovin test for surveying the variance congruity & it is used descriptive statistics; frequency, percentage, mean & standard deviation & it is used deductive statistics such as; Pearson correlation coefficient & used SPSS18 software for analyzing data (the meaningful level is considered as P≤0.05). Results and Discussions: The results showed that human power (manpower)productivity index is so low in Iran comparison East Asian countries. The statistics showed that decreasing of it about 25 percent form 1985-1990 in Iran. It means that it has 25 percent negative development, while in Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, India, Pakistan areincreased orderly about; 40, 36, 34, 27, 19 & 14 percent. The results showed that noticed to the correlation coefficient (P=0.001, r=0.44) the zero hypothesis is declined. In other words,there is meaningful relation between thoughts of ICT using & managers & employeesproductivity. And noticed to the correlation coefficient (P=0.001, r=0.29) the zero hypothesis is declined. In other words, there is meaningful relation between skills of ICT using &managers & employees productivity. Conclusion: There is relationship between thoughts of using ICT & employees & managers’ productivity of sport boards in Fars province, (the meaningful relationship are r=0.44 & P=0.001).
