Background: Today, the voluntary, over-expected, effective efforts are considered as behaviors beyond the main role or behaviors of Organizational Citizenship. The majority of managers are demanding the employees who overdo rather than their mere job’s duties Materials and Methods: The present study is functional and it is descriptive-correlation. In this research the statistical populations contains all Departments employees of PhysicalEducation in Iran, that with consideration to size and accessibility of sampling method, 201 people were selected by sample randomly and through cluster sampling with suitable assignation as sample size. In order to gather data has used two standard questionnaires with high validity and reliability which as: Demographic information, Organizational Citizenship Behavior. For analyzing the data, descriptive statistics (Mean, Standard Deviation…) andinferential statistics (Pearson Correlation Chi-Square) were applied. Results and Discussions: The results indicated that there was a meaningful significantcorrelation between Age and Sportsmanship, but there was a negative significant correlation between Age and Courtesy. Also among the Conscientiousness, Altruism, Courtesy and Organizational Citizenship Behavior had a significant correlation with Gender in the moduleof Iran. Conclusion: the difference between voluntary and compulsory co-operations of staffs is very important to organizations. The Organizations are not able to develop their effectiveness without voluntary willing of individuals.
