Background and Aim : The main purpose of the present study was to determine the effect of electrical stimulation of the brain on the skull on improving the anxiety and aggression and craving of addicts leaving the Yazd city. For this purpose, 30 opium addicts who had inclusion criteria in the age range of 25 to 40 years old were selected and pre- and post-treatment with electrical stimulation of the brain from the skull method, pre-test and post-test for completion Beck anxiety inventory, Bass and Perry aggression, and Wright and Beck s tempting beliefs questionnaire. Methods : The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Cross-Variance (Cross-Variance) test were used to analyze the information as well as describe the mean score of the tests (before and after the treatment).Results : After receiving the information and analyzing the data, it was determined that direct electrical stimulation from the skull with a 2 mA voltage and for 20 minutes in 10 sessions on the peripheral peripheral region of the lateral posterior (left anode / right cathode) on the affected patients Addiction reduces norepinephrine levels in the patient s limbic system, which reduces the anxiety and aggression of addicted people. Also, doing this on patients with addiction leads to an increase in the level of dopamine in the patient s limbic system, which reduces craving for addicted people. Conclusion : Direct stimulation of the skull on patients with addiction can reduce the anxiety and aggression and reduce the craving of addicted people.
