Construction of an intelligent SMS based Security feedback system

the idea of this work is to construct an SMS based Security System. It basically describes the incorporation of a GSM module, a proximity sensor and other components. The research work is divided into three main parts namely, the power supply, the proximity sensor, the GSM module. A prototype of a house was constructed with main entrance and a keypad as its alternative means of unlocking the door when there is failure in the massage been sent by the GSM module. An SMS based security system practically detects the presence of an intruder and alert the legal occupant of a forceful and illegal entry through SMS.
