چکیده مقاله:

Power system planning is an optimization problemthat aims to determine the type, allocation, and timing ofinstalling new equipment optimally under a specific constraintcategory. Due to the widespread power system and the intricacyof the governing relationships, this is usually not feasible andrequires appropriate optimization methods. Due to the widedimensions of the power system and the intricacy of the classicaloptimization methods, these types of methods usually do not havethe necessary efficiency in the analysis of the power system anddo not have satisfactory performance. The defects of classicalmethods in recent years have led to the use of meta-innovativemethods by researchers. These algorithms have more efficiencyin determining the optimal structure than the classical methods,and thus attracted the attention of many researchers. In thispaper, Harmony Search Algorithm (HSA) is used to develop adistribution network in a 9-bus system. Multiple modes ofproduction and consumption, fluctuation of energy prices, andload consumption fluctuations and uncertainty have beeninvestigated. In each case, optimal design and expansion areobtained using the proposed algorithm. Simulation results showthe ability and effectiveness of proposed planning to deal withuncertainties under the electricity market environment.
