چکیده مقاله:

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین رفتارهای سلامت و ویژگی های جمعیتشناختی با رضایت زناشویی صورت گرفت.نمونهای متشکل از 480 نفر از دانشجویان متاهل دانشگاه های شهر تهران به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. آزمودنی ها بهپرسشنامه های رفتارهای سلامت و رضایت زناشویی انریچ پاسخ دادند. داده ها با استفاده از روش آماری همبستگی و رگرسیونتحلیل شده و نتایج نشان دادند که بین رفتارهای سلامت و ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی با رضایت زناشویی رابطه معناداریوجود دارد. نتایج پیشنهاد می کنند با در نظر گرفتن نقش ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی در آموزش رفتارهای سلامت، می توانبه غنی سازی زندگی زناشویی زوجین کمک کرد.
