Results: Out of 69 retrieved article, only six research article contained all the keywords pneumonia , nosocomial , infection hospital-acquired and time and cost . No articles contained all the keywords. Conclusion: There was ample evidence for the way that many patients and their families tolerate heavy burden of cost due to pneumonia; as a hospital acquired condition.
