Effect of knowledge management on the managers’ performance

Considering the key role of managers in the knowledge management in organizations, the purpose of this study was tofind the effects of knowledge management on the managers' performance in Islamic Azad University- Tehran NorthBranch. Furthermore the impact of four components of knowledge management (organizational culture, informationtechnology, sharing knowledge and support of senior managers) on the managers' performance was measured. Thestatistical population consisted of 05 chairmen , vice chairmen and heads of department in university. Questionnairecontaining 43 items, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was %43.The research result is as follows: The four components ofknowledge management had a positive and significant relationship with the managers' performance
