A thermodynamic study on the interaction of lutein with urease

The aim of this investigation was to measure the influence of Lutein on urease activity. In this paper, the interaction of Jack Bean Urease with Lutein was studied by isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) at 300 K. The Hill equation was used to reproduce the heats of Lutein+JBU interaction.
