چکیده مقاله:

یکی از موثرترین و کم خطرترین راه های درمان بیماری های قلبی و گرفتگی عروق استنت گذاری است. اکثراستنتها پس از کاشت به صورت مادام العمر در بدن باقی میمانند حال آنکه بررسی الگوهای درمان نشان میدهد پس از مدت محدودی از زمان کاشت استنت، رگ آسیب دیده اصلاح و بازیابی می شود. بنابراین ضرورتی برای وجود استنت به طور دائم در رگ نخواهد بود. بهاینترتیب استنتهای زیست تخریب پذیر برای بهبود هر چه بهتر بیماران مورد توجه پزشکان و محققان قرار گرفته است. استنت های مذکور پس از درمان آسیب، به تدریج در بدن جذب می شوند. آنچه در مورد این تجهیزات ضروری است پیش بینی رفتار آنها پس از کاشت در بدن است. برای تشخیص کارایی این تجهیز، دستیابی به مدل تئوری و نتایج آزمایش تجربی حائز اهمیت است. در مقاله حاضر با مروری بر پژوهشهای انجام گرفته، رفتار مکانیکی استنتهای پلیمری زیست تخریب پذیر در زمان جذب مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. آخرین دستاوردهای مدلسازی مواد زیست تخریب پذیر بررسی شده است و با بیان چالش های موجود، مجموعه اطلاعاتی برای پیشبرد پژوهشهای آینده ارائه گردیده است
