Review of the relationship between capital structures, cash flows and the value of the company in accepted companies on the stock exchange in Tehran.

This stu7dy examines the relationship between capital structure, the company’s cash flows and the value of the company in the accepted companies on the stock exchange in Tehran. The method of this after events research is (with using past information) and statistics society of that accepted companies on the stock exchange of Tehran and in the period 1385 to 1391. According to the limitations of this study, 83 companies were selected in the relation time period. Also according to the method of data collection, the count of collected data for this study is 581 years- companies. In order to do the assumptions test, the method of panel data regression was used and for doing statistical method, SPSS and E-views 7 software were used. The results of assumptions test show a negative and reverse meaningful relationship between the value of company and the structure of capital in the studied companies.
