The relationship between empowerment, teamwork on job satisfaction municipalities in North Khorasan Province

This study examines the relationship between employee empowerment, teamwork and job satisfaction are the municipalities of North Khorasan province. In terms of purpose and terms of the nature of the study and research methodology is descriptive survey. The population of the research staff of municipalities in North Khorasan Province, which is the number of 2274 people Using Cochran formula using simple random sampling of 329 was obtained.
