Iran‘s law viewpoint to the marriage and white marriage state in it

Family is social life principle and marriage is type of provisional relation between man and woman. Some reports have been spread about unconventional sexual relationships between boys and girls in recent years that living within girl and boy live without formal marriage. Researches showing that pre-marriage sexual relationships are increasing in Iran country. This research was conducted by means of analytical-descriptive method and it aims to investigate Iran‘s law viewpoint into marriage and white marriage state. Investigates showing that It is not in accordance with civil and family law and it is accordance with criminal punishments. According to research reports, white marriage spread amount is increasing in country and it is seemed that The Islamic Republic has not succeeded in preserving the privacy of the family and ensures that Article 10 and 21 of the constitution of Islamic Republic of Iran about this subject. Also with respect to intervention approach, its seemed that according to the protection of human dignity that Islam also gives special importance to it. if Executive powers involved in prevention through cultural contexts rather than criminal interventions, this has effective results.
