چکیده مقاله:

The Pars Petrochemical Company such as numerous organizations dealing with high-tech doesn’t disregard its employees functioning and has always strived to update its functionality evaluation methods. Besides evaluating employees functions, understanding the concept of biorhythmic cycles and its role in the organizational function of employees in this field, could be of very high importance to the decision making of managers regarding human resources within this company. In this practical research, correlation between biorhythmic cycles and the quality of organizational function of employees of the Pars Petrochemical Company is studied. According to the Cargessy ( ) and Morgan sampling table, and employing the Cockron ان) ) for determining the mass, a sample of 250 individuals from among employees and workers of Pars Petrochemical Company were chosen by the simple random method, at the turn of 1393. To analyze the correlation, Discriminate Analysis (DFA) and the Wilks ( و) Landatest were applied. According to these test results, it is not only impossible to reject the four theories set forth by this research, but also a clear relation was identified between adjacency to critical day in each rhythmic cycle and functioning quality of employees in Pars Petrochemical Company. The biorhythmic cycles in other words,were effective on functionality in the company
