چکیده مقاله:

Macrocyclic diamides and corresponding aza crown compounds and their lariat ether forms have gained a great deal of attention due to their wide applications in chemistry and nano technology (such as: nano machine, nano filters, nano catalysis,…). The term nano machine refers complex macromolecules (or macromolecules) that consume energy in order to perform certain specific cations. Nano machines could play a major role in the future of electronics, medicine and communications. Generating molecules with parts that can move like tiny switches is a step in the right direction [1, 2]. We wish to report synthesis a new lariat ethe as nano motor. In this research work sulfoxide (1) was prepared by reaction p-cresol with SOCl2 in 65% yield. Then bisphonle (2) was prepared with reduction compound (1) in Zn powder and acetic acide. Also compounde (2) gained by reaction p-Cresol with sulfur dichloride in 45% yield. Treatment of bisphenole (2) with methyl chloroacetate in the presence of K2CO3 and catalytic amount of KI at refluxed in dry acetone gave dimethyl ester (3) in 98% yield. Macrocyclic diamide (4) in 70%yield was prepared by diamidation of diester (3) with diethylentriamine, and then purified with recrystaliztion from methanol. Lariat ether (5) was synthesized by reaction of macrocyle (4) with decasanoyle chloride and ecasonoyle chloride in 49% yield. The structures of these compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis.
