The study of relationship between transformational and leadership style with emotional intelligence of the manager of an industrial organization in Khoozestan

Subject : the relationship between transformational and transactional leadership style and emotional intelligence in the managers of an industrial organization in khoozestan. In this research the relationship between transformational leadership style and emotional intelligence in the managements of an industrial organization in khoozestan was studied. In this study150 of the managers were selected as the participants and they completed the questionnaires of transformational and transactional leadership and also emotional intelligence. The obtained data were analyzed by the method of simple and multiple correlation coefficient. The results showed that transformational leadership and its dimensions had a meaningful relationship with the most domains of the emotional intelligence such as intrapersonal intelligence , interpersonal intelligence , congeniality , stress management and global mood .
