In the second part presented select the appropriate model to estimate the impact of e-commerce on trade flow according to empirical studies in other countries. At the end of the study discussed the results, strategies and economic policies of foreign trade, especially toward increasing export development and economic evolution. Trade coefficient  and  are negative and means e-commerce development is not logical in business without growing technology and ICT equipment in global space. E-commerce causes economic growth to achieve perfect competition and hence better manage the production chain, better supply of products, services and reducing costs of exchange and hence provide increase in the welfare. But making electronic forms in the trade part regard less of the level of global IT and technology level of a country's trading partners may result inverse and provide community vulnerability.
