Study role of mediating organizational culture in explaining the relationship between education and empowerment (case study: the Iranian Gas Transmission Company)

چکیده مقاله:
Aim: This study aimed evaluate a model of the relationship between education and empowerment Iranian Gas Transmission Company has been mediated by organizational culture.Methods: The purpose of the research project, is descriptive and survey methods. Sample in this study consisted of 178 persons there. Data were collected by questionnaire Denison organizational culture with psychological empowerment questionnaire validity and reliability of 0.900 is 0.924. For the analysis of logistics data correlation and structural equation modeling was used. Results: The intensity of the relationship between education and empowerment in the structural model in p-values 1.67 is calculated, which is very weak, correlation results indicate there is a direct relationship and positive mid-term hse and empowerment as well as of technical and cultural organizations. Conclusion: The results represent a direct and positive relationship among three variables and the mediating role of organizational culture through training and empowerment is approved, But unlike previous research, the training is not directly on the empowering role. It is suggested that a needs assessment done in gas transmission company.
