Impact of personality on Knowledge Sharing Behavior in moderate role of Islamic work ethics

In this article, the study connected two personality traits (Emotional Stability and conscientiousness) with knowledge sharing behavior. The Success of Personality is Depend on knowledge sharing behavior (KSB). The Framework classifies three areas of weight of personality research: Personality, Knowledge sharing behavior and Islamic Ethics work. I discover important relationship between personality and knowledge sharing behavior with the moderator of Islamic work ethics. However, the result of this article shows that every personality cannot have knowledge sharing personality and also shows that how a personality give good response under the environment of Islamic work ethics as compare to others. Knowledge sharing is a thing that can make to organization learning and organization performance well. I want to check that how many people sharing their knowledge with others. I discuss the implication of finding for both research and practice.
