چکیده مقاله:

This research aims to study is the effect of organizational innovation on competitive position improvement in banking industry. In terms of purpose, this is an applied research. Due to the nature of the research, the method used in this research is descriptive survey and its information is definite. The population of the research includes the staff of private banks in Zahedan city which are equal to 228. 140 people were selected as sample Using the krejcie and Morgan table (1970) and cluster sampling. Likert's five-point scale closed questionnaire was used to collect data. 152 questionnaires distributed and collected directly and 140 valid questionnaires were analyzed. Content validity was used to determine the validity; Cronbach's alpha was used to test the reliability which was more than 0.7 for all components. Structural equation modeling with SmartPLS 3 software was used to test hypotheses. The results showed that service innovation and structure innovation had effect on the competitive position improvement and service innovation had the greatest impact on competitive position improvement. At the end some practical suggestions for research objective, suggestions for future research and some limitations are provided.
