چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: The aim of this study is assessment of Job efficiency and human resource development due to use of Information Technology (IT)Materials and method:This is cross sectional study, in private association, who were use a new Information Technology. The parameters of this questionnaire were Efficacy, human resource development and Work performances. The approved and valid questionnaire is used the alpha cronbakh of this questionnaire was 729.0. Reliability of this questionnaire had been approved by 51 masters that were authorship. All data had been analyzed with spss ver 59. P-value <7271 was significant. Results: All indicators are approved at the level of 999. So we can say Respondents seem to have a clear understanding of the organization's vision about Efficacy, Human resource development and Work performances. And also, according to correlation analysis, there was a significant and great correction was seen between Efficacy and Human resource development (r=721, p=72775) and Work performances(r=720, p=72775) and also, there was seen a sufficient correction between Human resource development and Work performances, too (r=720, p=72775). Discussion:
