The Power of Cognitive Science in Over Coming Cancer and Chemo Brain: A Collaborative Personalized Therapy

Cancer as a metabolic disease involves disturbances in energy production. This leads to acollection of many different diseases; therefore tailored therapies are needed to face this‘disease complex’. A body of research has been done on the ability of mind as apersonalized therapy in overcoming cancer and chemo brain. In this research we aim todiscuss and present a comprehensive review of the effect of mind, cognitive images,cognitive concept of colors, emotional intelligence, :cognitive therapy, and social mind oncancer and chemo brain curing. There are several studies on the clinical application ofcognitive science in cancer and chemo brain curing. In the first part of the paper the effect ofmind on ordering the disordered body members and cellular signaling pathway are reviewed.Cell signaling such as Wnt Signaling, Hedgehog signaling, Notch signaling, neurotensinsignaling are component of a complex communication system among cell that governactivities and actions such as development, tissue repairing, and immunity as well ashomeostasis. In the second part of the paper the effect of cognitive images, cognitive conceptof colors, emotional intelligence, cognitive therapy, and social mind on the minds of patientwith cancer and chemo brain are reviewed. Cancer, a disease complex, needs apersonalized therapy. Flavor of cognitive science with the main pillar as mind recommendedto be considered as a personalized therapy. In this paper the merits of cognitive science inpreconized cancer therapy will be discussed in two phases including effect of mind onordering the disordered body members and cellular signaling pathway and the effect ofcognitive images, cognitive concept of colors, emotional intelligence, cognitive therapy, andsocial mind on the minds of patient with cancer and chemo brain.
