چکیده مقاله:

Angiogenesis, the process of new blood vessel formation from pre-existing vessels, has important physiological roles in embryonic development, female reproduction cycle, and wound healing. It is alsocrucial for pathological processes in several diseases especially tumor growth and metastasis. In this experimental study Ross fertilized eggs were divided into control, sham and two experimental groups. On the 8th day, treated with 100 and 200 ml/Mg concentrations of Extract of the Viscum album In 12th day all.tissue samples were prepared according to standard routines, sliced into sections measuring5 microns and stained by hematoxylin and eosin(H&E) next, these slides were examined through a light microscope. We recommend further studies, preferably by using image analyzing, immunohistopathology and electronic microscopy to scrutinize minute structural changes in detail of vessels of menine structure. and compared with each other by t-test & ANOVA (p<0.05) . No signifycant difference was observed in regard with average number and diameter of vessels in sham and control groups. It is worth mentioning that the average number and diameter of vessels in experimentalgroup 1(100 ml/Mg) and experimental group 2(200 ml/Mg) increase compared to the control group (p<0/05). And the experimental group 2 decrease compared of experimental group 1but not controlgroup (p<0/05). The proper concentrations of Alcoholic Extract of the Viscum album effect on angiogenesis in a dose-dependent manner). So it can be considered in studies of cancer and pathological conditions associated with angiogenesis
