Breast cancer is the most common and the second leading cause of cancer death in women aged 35-45 years. Reducing cancer deaths and increasing global survival rates due to screening, early diagnosis, and scientific treatments that have been the most advances in recent 20 years, But most of these treatments are associated with many side effects and can significantly reduce the quality of life of these patients. Today, the study of life quality has been considered by many researchers due to the diagnostic and therapeutic advances in the treatment of breast cancer patients as an important issue of health. Withproper knowledge of this phenomenon, it is possible to deal with this health problem by appropriate methods. The present study was performed qualitatively. In this research, sampling was done based on purpose. Among adolescents with breast cancer referring to health centers in Isfahan in year 96, at different ages, income levels, education levels and various economic classes that were directly involved with the subject and had at least one year of diagnosis. 30 people were selected. Individual non- structured and semi-structured interviews were used to produce the data. Data collection was conducted using an individual interviewing method of unstructured and semi-structured. Data analysis was done with SPSS software. The results of this study showed that the most important factorsaffecting the quality of life of these patients included the lack of psychosocial support, the lack or inadequacy of insurance coverage, the high cost of chemotherapy drugs, and other health care costs.These are important factors that affect the quality of life of these patients and their families. Considering the psychosocial and economic needs of patients with breast cancer, it can lead to significant results in improving the quality of life and empowerment of these patients and their families in adapting to the disease and its complications
