چکیده مقاله:

With the development of technology design of electrical circuits, low size and cost electronic componentis provided. This development is the reason of emerging wireless sensor network and its daily advancesduring last decade. Wireless sensor network consists of hundreds or thousands tiny nodes called sensornodes with are connected to each other and work together in order to do some special tasks. Targettracking is one of the important issues with is considered in to account in last few years. There are manyresearches and various algorithms have been proposed. Among these algorithms, the approaches thatpredict target location in next time interval using special techniques are more efficient. By prediction ofnext target location, the number of involved nodes in tracking is reduced and consequently energyconsumption will significantly reduce. We in this paper propose a prediction method that a few nodes areactivated in order to tracking the target and others are in sleep mode. According to simulation results, theproposed method in addition to increase accuracy in tracking the target, can satisfactory decrease energyconsumption compared to the previous methods.
