Nowadays, with implementation of HSE management systems and due to the influence of health safety and environment issues on working processes, organizations have sought to acquire health, safety and environment management systems. This study, which aims to examine the influence of integrated management system on safety key performance indicators, has retrospective experimental nature. It was conducted in phase number 1 of south pars gas field in Iran, in which three safety indicators TRIR, LTIF and TRCF are used. In this study, we have investigated these indicators rates for contractor and operator in Industrial and non-industrial areas. The collected data were accident reports, incident analysis and the investigation of events in 2 years during from April-2011 to March-2012 (after the implementation of the system). Then, the data analyzed with the mean and standard deviation. The results showed a significant difference and Number of hot spots between various safety indices in this period. The detection of major sources of incident and anomalies such as FAC, ML, MTS, LTI, RWDC, FAT, PL and NMI in this study is taken into consideration. The results have showed that the safety system that comes from HSE-MS Implementation can be clearly anomalies identified. Indices definition can be helpful for the safety system effectiveness, anomalies feedback recognition and system continual improvement.
