چکیده مقاله:

To this end, the research of various concentrations of sodium bicarbonate was studied on increasing the capacity of rice husks in the adsorption of lead at low concentrations. The maximum efficiency of adsorption occurred at pH 6.0 and the equilibrium time of adsorption was obtained 25 minutes. The results of chemical experiments and scanning also pretreated adsorbent treatment by scanning electron microscope showed that there is the proper relationship between the average numbers of pores with adsorbing efficiency of adsorption. Also effective maximum lead adsorption by rice husk was obtained at 99.1%. This provision relates to the use of 0.3 M sodium bicarbonate (0.3 M NaHCO3) solution. In this research, models of adsorption kinetics were also studied. Although the model Lagergren (1898) and Ho et al (1996) describes the data at 95% level of significance, but Ho et al. model describes the data better than the Lagergren model. Comparing coefficients with coefficients model in other research has shown that the adsorption surface directed by rice husk pretreated in 0.3 M sodium bicarbonate has been very rapid.
