چکیده مقاله:

The present study was conducted to investigate the role of securities and exchange organization on reduction of corruption in transaction of industrial and petrochemical products. The investigation follows a field descriptive-correlation methodology. Statistical population includes experts and market participants of exchange stock and sale and purchase managers of steel and petrochemistry industries; 483 people were selected by simple randomized sampling using limited population formula. Two author-synthesized questionnaires were used for data collection whose validity was confirmed by experts and their reliability was calculated using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient; reliability of corruption questionnaire was calculated as 2880 and that of factors affecting corruption questionnaire was estimated as 2883. Results indicated that there was relation between transparency generated by stock exchange organization, accountability of the organization, trust created by commodity exchange, modern financial tools created by commodity exchange, development of information technology made by commodity exchange, risk managed by commodity exchange, rules set by commodity exchange, tax advantages of entering commodity exchange and price discovery made by commodity exchange with reduction of corruption in transaction of industrial and petrochemical products.
