چکیده مقاله:
Learning is the most important component of education. However, experts must try to improve the quality and methods of ideal learning, because new methods cause educational cost to prove effective and productivity. One of the most common methods is the team-based learning. The team-based learning is the strength educational strategy to benefit from small groups with participating peoples in learning and use others experiences to attract, develop and manage the knowledge. This method is based on group activities to create and develop the active and effective learning. Effective learning leads to create the knowledge, increase the ability and awareness of teachers and students and improve the education in its important purpose- training effective and powerful human source. According to performed studies, the respond of this question is followed after mentioning the concepts due to effective role of team-based learning in creating and developing the knowledge; the question is: does the team-based learning influence the creation and development of knowledge
