چکیده مقاله:

Changes that occurred in the city of Sanandaj during his lifetime often have been the balance between natural and human forces, even though, this balance have gone in some period of the reign of Reza Shah. In recent decades, urban development and building construction happened with neglect to the spaces and prized urban sectors and Norms and the physical and psychological needs of people. Therefore, town's identity, which should be the source of proud and honor citizens, has been compromised. The improper use of land and the lack of definition of urban open spaces in their suitable place and adequate volume , and lack of attention to cultural potential and other reason force us to study these problems and offer solutions. Since the conservation of valuable and original urban sectors should be in a balance and dialectical dialogue with urban development, and emphasis on any one without the other does not have any good results, this study is designed to investigate this matter.
