چکیده مقاله:
Due to the increased sensitivity of consumers to chemicals in the provision of food, vegetable oils prepared and processed without chemicals and additives are highly regarded. Different methods are used to extract seed oils. In this research, new methods such as enzyme pretreatment, oil extraction under pressure fluid, microwave pretreatment, and also ultrasound application in oil extraction and some properties of extracted oil were studied. Studies have shown that using microwave pre-treatment increases oil efficiency and decreases The acidity index is in the oil, using enzyme treatment increases the efficiency while not significantly affecting the acidity. The fluidized extraction method greatly reduces the acidity of the oil and the use of ultrasonic waves increases the oil efficiency.
