چکیده مقاله:
Todays, uses of nanoparticles due to easy preparation, simplicity application, targeting specific locations, reduction of drug concentration and minimizing side effects in addition to precision and controlled release of drugs have received much attention for applications in the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer.Magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) are a main class of nano and micro particles with the potential for changing in current nanoparticle-based therapeutic techniques. Although MNPs traditionally used for disease imaging via passive targeting (MR), but recent develop have opened the door to cellular-specific targeting in cancer therapy. Ability of MNPs to function at the cellular and molecular level of biological interactions makes them an attractive platform as carriers for drug delivery. The physical and chemical properties of MNPs largely depend on the synthesis methods and chemical structures. Their types are divided to ferrite nanoparticles or iron oxide nanoparticles, ferrites with a shell, metallic nanoparticles, metallic with a shell. The potential of MNPs stems from the intrinsic properties of their magnetic core combines with their drug loading capability and the biochemical properties that can be bestowed on them by means of a suitable coating.
