EFFECT OF VOLATILE SECRETIONS OF TRICHODERMA FUNGUS STRAINS AGAINST FUSARIUM CULMORUM ISOLATED FROM THE RICE

Antagonistic mechanism of two isolates of Trichoderma harzianum (THA& THM ) , one isolate of T.virens , one isolate of T.koningi ,and one isolate of T. longibrachiatum against Fusarium culmorum isolated from rice was studied. In the investigation of volatile secretions of Trichoderma Fungus strains against F. culmorum isolated from the rice it was shown that in all three note-takings, the THA isolate had the highest inhibitory effect on the growth of F. culmorum mycelium by 40%,63.91% and 62.36% respectively.
