The study of vapor – liquid equilibria of 1-ethyl-3-methyl imidazolium chloride in lithium bromide aqueous solutions at 298.15 K

Osmotic coefficient and activity of mixed aqueous solutions, [EmimCl] in lithium bromide and their corresponding binary aqueous solutions have been measured by the isopiestic method at a298.15 K. By using these data, the vapor pressures of binary and ternary systems were calculated.The osmotic coefficients for binary aqueous solutions were correlated to the Pitzer–Archer model. The osmotic coefficient and activity of mixed electrolytes were correlated to the Scatchard’s model
