چکیده مقاله:

Thermal methods are most widely used methods in the EOR process that are used in reservoirs with heavy oil. In this paper steam injection process that is the most important of thermal methodsis studied. How to design and considering of reservoir data to predict and design steam injectionprocess will be discussed here. Design process of steam injection which wells are in SAGD arrangement to reduce the cost and increase production and productivity, in this paper will beanalyzed. SAS method that reduces costs and increases efficiency also is discussed in this paper that this subject is provided by STAR software. Comparison of SAS and SAGD methods from the point of production and consumption of energy is also shown in this paper that as we will see SASmethod is the best choice in design of steam injection in reservoir because reduces energy consumption over 15%.
