چکیده مقاله:

This paper present flow characteristics and general investigation of heat transfer comparison between different kinds of nanoparticles at different situation in square tube with smooth surface in mini-channel heat sink are numerically simulated. Effects of important parameters such as fluid types, nanoparticle concentration, nanoparticle types and Reynolds number are discussed. Heat transfer performance of SiO2, Al2O3, CuO and TiO2 by 50, 13, 60 and 27 nanometer respectively at turbulence condition (Re between 4000 to 16000) simulated. For CFD modeling, three-dimension steady state partial differential equation was discretized and finite volume methods are used. Because for reducing cost, run time and CPU usage mixture model was selected. For considering effect of fluid types and nanoparticle concentration, channels coupled with variety CMC concentration, and the heat transfer results are compared with water flow. Water as a newtonian and 0.2%CMC, 0.3%CMC and 0.5%CMC as none-newtonian (power law) fluids are used, and nanoparticles with concentration of 0%, 1% and 5% in fluid in mixture model are considered.
