A Bipartite Approach for Generating Uniform Random Numbers

Random numbers have many uses in science, statistics, art, cryptography, gaming, and other fields. The uniform distributed random numbers are like equal chances for every one or every occurrence (fairness). There are common algorithms to generate these random numbers. Almost all algorithms for generating random numbers having different distributions, are normally based on transformations of uniform distributions too. In this paper we review and investigate the subject of uniform random number generation. Also we propose a new approach to generate random numbers. In this offering, we divide process of random number generation into two phases: first phase is generation of indexes and second phase is making a uniform distribution. This approach improves the problem (autocorrelation)encountered when using the best common methods.
