چکیده مقاله:
Nowadays the fossil fuels have a great importance due to their usage in all areas and that is why all of the manufacturing and extraction processes of these materials have a great importance. The most important production stage of these materials is their extraction from the ground. The extraction process and the materials and tools used in this area are of great importance. The drilling strings are under the influence of very complex dynamic forces. These forces cause the strings to vibrate and are followed by system depreciation. These vibrations reduce drilling speed and costs, and increase drilling safety. One of the most obvious outcomes of drill string vibrations is the stick-slip phenomenon that is followed by negative consequences. Accordingly, the present study has proposed a new, simple and accurate model for the simulation of stick-slip phenomenon in drilling oil and gas wells. In this paper, the data related to the drilling of wells for the Gulf of Mexico have been used. After the simulation and extraction of the system equations, the PSO optimization algorithm was used to optimize its parameters. Finally, the proposed model was able to predict the optimal parameters of new wells (being drilled) to achieve maximum penetration rate and the minimum stick-slip phenomenon. The statistical analysis of the obtained results in the present study indicated that the proposed method, in addition to resolving the weakness of the previous methods, contained acceptable results.
